It's 9 in the morning and I'm sitting in my parents kitchen, wolfing down some bacon and eggs while I'm writing this piece. Looking out over the vast fields in front of the house which are covered in a beautiful white dust, for you normal folks this is called snow.

Anyway enough of my life story lets get down to some serious edit madness. The edit I choose today is an edit made by a producer from "down undah" (Australian accent). He goes by the name of Late Nite Tuff Guy. He re-worked the classic by Rose Royce called 'Love Dont Live Here Anymore'.

There are two reasons why I chose this edit besides it being a great production it's just been Valentines Day, so love is still in the air (Although I've celebrated Valentines Day "han style"... solo).

Second of all when I started DJ'ing and produce music I took all of my parents vinyl and sampled quite a bit of it. Back then I found the 7 inch of this sweet track in my moms collection and I wanted to edit the living bejesus out of it. But lacking skill and knowledge I let it slide. Years later I found this great rework. For those who don't know the difference; this is just a simple edit. Some bass elements and effects where added which makes it that more hypnotic. And that exactly is the reason why this track gets my seal of aproval.
